We at EarlyBird are excited to announce our partnership with the financial masterminds at Benjamin Talks to engage our community with highly-curated and unique content around financial literacy and money! Our missions are deeply intertwined, both committed to providing parents and children with the appropriate resources to ensure safe and informed financial education from a young age.

Having recently launched in November 2020 by two former financial analysts, Benjamin Talks is the “Money Movement” for the next generation with a mission to educate, engage, and empower children with the financial foundation they need to thrive.

Starting this Saturday, February 20, 2021, EarlyBird will be sharing Benjamin Talks content as part of our latest newsletter series, “The Weekend Worm.” Our users will receive a highlight recap of the stock market events that happened over the past week in an approachable way that allows them to easily spark conversations about these events with their kids.

We strongly believe that conversations, storytelling, and passing down generational knowledge are key components to financial literacy with children. It’s why we encourage those gifting through EarlyBird to record a short video memory alongside their donation. These interactions from family and other loved ones make it a personal and social experience, while also presenting an opportunity for the child to receive financial insights and advice from people they look up to and respect.

Benjamin Talks Co-Founders Nikki Boulukos and Carissa Jordan are dedicated moms and money mavens. While raising their young children, they quickly realized there was no blueprint to giving them a financial foundation. Taking their years of experience (with both finance and motherhood), Nikki & Carissa are building the ideal educational platform for the EarlyBird audience. We’re thrilled that their expertise will be at the fingertips of our users.

Providing financial literacy and promoting new ways of thinking about talking to our children about money and finances is a huge step forward in the EarlyBird journey. There’s no better duo to enhance financial literacy from a young age and encourage financial conversations between parents and their children than EarlyBird and Benjamin Talks!
